OnePay is a consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better. As a Product Manager for the Cash Advance product, you will leverage your technical, design, and analytical skills to evolve cash-flow products, collaborating with various teams to ensure scalable experiences across the app and point-of-sale channels.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to key product areas in the cash advance space, ensuring scale to tens and hundreds of millions of users
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, define requirements, and ship features that balance financial fundamentals (APR, decline rules, autopay) with broader ecosystem needs (wallet hooks, notifications, analytics)
- Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan
- Make decisions based on key metrics—conversion, repayment rates, engagement to inform prioritization and drive measurable improvements
- Translate complex technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder updates
Requirements:
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in technical product management or similar role (e.g. engineering, technical product management)
- Experience with a Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product
- You are not afraid to dig into the code, review technical documents, opine on system design and diagnose an issue
- Servant leadership: you lead by example and are able to motivate people to get stuff done without being their direct manager
- Executive presentation skills - tight communication that gets buy-in for key initiatives
- Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, engineering and other key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
