The role involves transforming complex product and design requirements into clear, user-friendly instructions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Transform complex product and design requirements into clear, user-friendly instructions
- Create and maintain creator-facing and internal documentation
- Audit existing materials and improve clarity, accessibility, and usability
- Apply brand voice to functional, instructional content
- Build repeatable templates and scalable documentation frameworks
- Write across formats including help content, guides, briefs, and scripts
- Work closely with production design, product, and podcast teams
- Help both designers and non-designers understand how to apply requirements
- Synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into unified guidance
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in writing, creative, and brand experience
- Experience simplifying complex or technical material
- Experience partnering with product, design, or engineering teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience improving or restructuring existing documentation
- Experience with creator or user-facing guidance
- UX or product writing background
- Agency experience translating brand into systems
- Portfolio demonstrating process, thinking, and final outputs
