Empower Pharmacy is focused on expanding access to affordable, high-quality medications, and they are seeking a Manager for their Enterprise Platform in Sales & Marketing. This role involves managing and optimizing enterprise platforms that support customer engagement and sales operations while leading a team of technology professionals to ensure effective implementation and performance of sales and marketing technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day operation of enterprise platforms supporting sales, marketing, and customer engagement, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics systems
- Partners with Commercial, Marketing, and IT teams to execute technology roadmaps that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management
- Implements platform governance, integration standards, and data quality controls to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance across customer and marketing data
- Supports the deployment and adoption of analytics and AI-driven tools used to measure campaign performance, improve sales forecasting, and enable targeted outreach
- Coordinates system integrations between digital marketing platforms, ERP, and customer data sources to support unified reporting and insights
- Leads and develops a team of platform analysts or administrators, providing coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day management to ensure high-quality delivery and user support
- Manages vendor relationships and ensures third-party solutions align with Empower’s enterprise architecture, data standards, and operational requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, enterprise systems, or digital platforms, with at least 7 years supporting sales, marketing, or customer experience technologies
- Minimum of 7 years of management/leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365), marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or Adobe Experience Cloud), and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365)
- Strong understanding of data governance, analytics frameworks, and digital marketing technologies used for segmentation, attribution, and performance measurement
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations, platform enhancements, and automation initiatives across commercial functions
- Demonstrated people leadership or management experience, including the ability to coach team members, manage workloads, and drive accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
- Master's degree preferred
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred
- ISPE Certified Pharmaceutical Industry Professional (CPIP) preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows
