The Sr Analyst, Business Analysis will be part of the Corporate Information Technology team, focusing on analyzing business processes, leading digital projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Elicit, define, and document business and IT requirements to support digital project management and transformation initiatives
- Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and ROI assessments for proposed solutions
- Ensure project deliverables meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validating solution effectiveness and user satisfaction
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews, document detailed specifications and user stories
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve technical or business issues as they arise
- Provide subject matter expertise in business process analysis, IT solution alignment, and change management
- Create and deliver user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions
- Support post-implementation reviews, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
- Track and report on project KPIs, deliverables, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools (preferably as a site or enterprise admin)
- Knowledge of system integration, computing environments, and enterprise architecture
- Familiarity with web analytics, databases, web security, and digital delivery best practices
- Experience with DNS, networking, and mail delivery security
- Perform advanced data analysis, data wrangling, visualization, and integration with various data sources
- Experience with customer end-user data mapping, migration, data retention, privacy regulation (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and compliance
- Understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience or master's degree with 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of software development, project management, architecture, and problem-solving
