About this role
SourceDirect Talent is an open source SaaS company building a feature flagging and A/B testing platform used by thousands of companies in production. They are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to help design and scale core platform infrastructure and customer-facing analytics capabilities, focusing on solving complex distributed systems challenges and building high-performance data products.
Responsibilities:
- Help design and scale core platform infrastructure and customer-facing analytics capabilities
- Solve complex distributed systems challenges
- Build high-performance data products
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience building large-scale web applications from scratch
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in or strong interest in working within a startup or small, high-ownership team
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience using feature flags or A/B testing in production environments
- Experience building data-intensive analytics platforms
- Experience designing high-scale distributed systems
