The Agile Project Manager is responsible for delivering multiple Agile projects, defining roadmaps with product owners, and managing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers multiple Agile projects and removes blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology
- Defines the roadmap with the product owner for any given product and translates this into user stories
- Prioritizes the user stories within the product backlog
- Manages a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Active PMP
- Active Scrum Master or equivalent certification
- Undergraduate degree required
- Two (2) years relevant experience
- Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology
- Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories
- Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog
- Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience with testing to ensure quality levels
