About this role
ECLARO is currently recruiting for a Security Product Manager for a data analytics company in Chicago, IL. The role involves leading the evolution of enterprise security and identity management capabilities, owning the vision and execution for permissions management, and ensuring alignment with the platform strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the roadmap for Client security and identity services across the Client ecosystem
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, and user provisioning
- Advocate for security best practices and ensure alignment with Client's platform strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering to design and implement enterprise-grade security models, including Role-Based Access Control, group management, and automated provisioning
- Drive automation for user onboarding and permissions management
- Lead team ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Own the backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering
- Work closely with platform, application, data, and governance teams to ensure seamless integration of security services
- Ensure standards for IAM meet compliance with security requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management or technical leadership roles focused on security, identity, or enterprise platforms
- Proven track record of designing and deploying IAM solutions in complex environments
- Familiarity with MDM systems, SaaS onboarding, and integration with platforms like Salesforce and Azure AD
- Deep understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (SSO, OAuth, RBAC)
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong grasp of API security, data governance, and automation workflows
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to retail / Client data ecosystems
