Sr Project Manager (Observability / Monitoring)

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in managing large scale projects focused on Observability and Infrastructure. The role involves driving delivery and coordination of monitoring and system visibility capabilities while collaborating with project sponsors and teams to establish timelines and manage risks.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the delivery and coordination of monitoring, logging, alerting, and system visibility capabilities that enable technology teams to understand infrastructure health, detect issues early, and respond to incidents efficiently
• Collaborates with Project Sponsor and project team to establish project timelines and scope, in cooperation with project leadership on large scale Observability initiatives
• Drive planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation across infrastructure and application development workstreams
• Manage large scale enterprise software projects and portfolios

Requirements:

• Senior level Project Manager with experience supporting infrastructure and platform initiatives
• Strong experience leading or coordinating observability, monitoring, logging, or infrastructure visibility initiatives in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting enterprise scale infrastructure or platform modernization initiatives
• Hybrid infrastructure environments spanning cloud and on prem platforms
• IT service management and incident management platforms such as ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills
