Toast is dedicated to supporting its customers by providing technology and resources to help restaurants navigate challenging times. As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative, you will engage inbound leads and connect with US-based SMB restaurants, using various outreach methods to schedule demos with Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads and proactively engage restaurant owners and decision-makers through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, social)
- Schedule 36+ demos per month for Strategic Cuisines Account Executives
- Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR per month as a ramped rep
- Make a minimum of 65 calls per day, with a total of 100+ outreach activities (calls, emails, texts, social)
- Work collaboratively with SC Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (in addition to English) – written and verbal communication
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (sales internships included)
- Strong work ethic and determination to exceed goals
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying motivated and collaborative
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
- Restaurant industry experience
