Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete lifecycle of a technology project from concept to implementation
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth planning and execution of strategic initiatives
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive project execution across various workstreams, balancing scope, schedule, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with technical, security, and operational standards
- Facilitate high-level support for internal teams and guide them through installation processes
- Act as the central liaison between engineering, product, network, and business teams
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success
- Maintain thorough documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira
- Experience in retail technology projects is advantageous but not mandatory
