They are seeking a Senior Account Executive in AI Sales to manage a full-cycle sales process, focusing on high-velocity B2B sales to mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving revenue and shaping the sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle sales process: prospecting → discovery → proposal → close
- Source and qualify new business through cold outreach, warm leads, and direct engagement
- Conduct consultative discovery using MEDDPICC, Challenger, and value-led frameworks
- Sell directly to C-level, operational, and investor stakeholders
- Lead deals ranging from $25K–$250K ACV with short time-to-close
- Help companies replace Tableau, Power BI, and outdated dashboards with plug-and-play Decision Intelligence
- Translate buyer pain into measurable ROI using SQOR’s causation, prediction, and recommendation insights
- Provide live customer feedback to refine messaging and product positioning
- Help codify early sales playbooks and repeatable winning motions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably into $50M+ companies
- Track record of closing outbound-sourced deals
- Strong business acumen — can lead conversations with operators, finance leaders, and investors
- Skilled in solution discovery — you guide conversations with insight, not slides
- Self-directed, coachable, and thrives in early-stage ambiguity
- Experience selling into PE-backed companies, consultants, or analytics/BI teams
