About this role
UST HealthProof is a trusted partner for health plans, offering an integrated ecosystem for health plan operations. They are seeking a Healthcare Operations Data Analyst to support process improvements and efficiency initiatives across BPaaS operations by analyzing operational data, developing dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, cost savings, and process performance
- Assist in root cause analysis and prepare actionable recommendations for process optimization
- Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives (RPA, AI/ML)
- Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of improvement projects
- Prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders and clients
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
- Familiarity with BPaaS operations or healthcare processes preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
