IMPACT Technology Recruiting is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a remote contract position available only to Permanent Residents of the US. The role involves coding, attending standups, and contributing as a senior, hands-on engineer in a high-paced environment.

Requirements:
- This is a Remote contract position that is only available to Permanent Residents of the US
- Compensation target is $90-$105/hr W2 (some flex, C2C as an IC is available). No H1B, EAD, or Subvendors
- Must have Lead/Principal/Staff experience
- Top Technical Skills: Go (Golang), API Development, Service-oriented architecture (backend)
- Key Soft Skills/Attributes: Able to adopt new technologies without pushback, Mature, hands-on contributor, not management-focused
- Daily Responsibilities: Attending standups, Coding (hands-on keyboard), Working in a high-paced environment
- Consultant Achievement Expectations: Attend standups and perform coding tasks. Contribute as a senior, hands-on engineer
- Helpful Technical Skills: TypeScript (for understanding old services), AWS, Event-driven architecture (using NATS), Agentic AI programming utilizing Claude - Must be open to utilizing it prefers someone who has experience with it
