UST is a mission-driven technology company that transforms lives through innovation. They are seeking a Healthcare Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of healthcare solutions, develop messaging and positioning, and drive market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead healthcare go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of solutions
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in buyer and market insight
- Translate complex healthcare and AI-enabled capabilities into executive-ready narratives
- Drive market, buyer, and competitive intelligence
- Orchestrate launches and major GTM moments across teams
- Enable sales with messaging frameworks and pitch narratives
- Partner with the Events team on industry event strategy and messaging
- Represent UST at select industry conferences and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 6 years of product or industry marketing experience in healthcare
- Experience with payer and/or provider audiences
- Formal PMM training (e.g., Product Marketing Alliance)
