Medasource is seeking two experienced Project Managers to support a high-visibility initiative related to the transition to a newly formed company. The roles will focus on optimizing R&D processes and navigating complex cross-functional dynamics while driving accountability across partially allocated teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead updates and improvements to R&D Design Control procedures
- Support updates to Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes
- Ensure procedural documentation aligns with evolving organizational structure and compliance needs
- Build structured project plans centered around defined milestones
- Drive accountability across two workstreams, each with 12–15 partially allocated contributors
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks to milestone delivery
- Operate outside of a strict Agile/Scrum framework
- Sit across two parallel workstreams and ensure alignment between teams
- Facilitate workshops and structured working sessions
- Drive clarity in ambiguous or evolving areas
- Support executive-level updates and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate highly contentious or high-stakes conversations
- Partner closely with Principal Engineers and senior technical leaders
- Effectively manage strong-willed personalities while maintaining forward momentum
- Serve as a neutral, structured driver of decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of Project Management
- Medical Device or Medical Technology background/experience
- Expert within Smartsheets
- Product Lifecycle Management systems experience (Windchill, etc.)
- Structured, milestone-driven mindset
- Strong executive presence with emotional intelligence
- Confident facilitating difficult conversations
