Senior Technical Product Manager

Cypress HCM is a fast-paced, remote-first startup seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager. The role involves owning the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and analyzing product data to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the product roadmap from ideation to launch, aligning with company goals
• Working closely with engineering, product design, and QA teams to define requirements, help manage sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality releases
• Writing detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria (APIs, analytics, data models)
• Analyzing product data, designing experiments, and using insights to prioritize features and improve business performance
• Leading discovery efforts with users, stakeholders, and market research to validate opportunities
• Monitoring post-launch performance, gathering feedback, iterating on product improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management – ideally in startup environments
• 2+ years of previous experience in software engineering, data science, or data engineering
• Strong understanding of data models, data platforms, SQL querying, APIs, and integrations
• Experience managing data-driven, highly technical software/SaaS products
• Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with software engineers
