KellyOCG is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to drive adoption of their client's restaurant inventory solution, the Supply Club. This role involves sourcing, pitching, and converting merchants to purchase inventory through the platform, focusing on high-volume outbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of target Mx through outbound calling, email sequences, and localized prospecting (where applicable). Identify high-potential accounts using internal lead lists, data signals, and category insights. Maintain accurate call logs, lead and opportunity tracking across all sales systems
- Selling & Conversion Conduct- outreach to engage decision-makers and complete full-cycle selling—from introduction to activation. Deliver clear value-based pitches tailored to each merchant’s operational needs (pricing transparency, delivery reliability, SKU availability, etc.). Own objection handling, solution positioning, and activation enrollment for each merchant. Drive weekly conversion goals, including CW performance, activation rates, and order consistency
- Account Enablement & Support - Guide new merchants through onboarding steps: promotions, credits, promotion applicability, and ordering workflows. Ensure merchants understand how to navigate the platform, order inventory, and optimize savings. Surface account issues, ordering challenges, or logistic blockers to internal teams and follow through until resolved
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and comfort selling to busy decision-makers
- Ability to manage a large outbound volume while maintaining high-quality conversations
- Data-driven mindset with a willingness to learn, iterate, and adopt new playbooks
- High resilience, adaptability, and bias toward action in a fast-moving environment
- Prior inside sales or field sales experience preferred—especially phone-heavy environments with weekly quotas
