They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for hunting new leads, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to build a strong pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
- Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
- Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven cold calling success and hustle mentality
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
- Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
