Established Search is seeking a growth-focused Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of events and related lead generation programs. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to support programs targeting healthcare imaging professionals through various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage live and virtual conferences and events end-to-end, including booth design, logistics, scheduling, and ROI analysis to ensure smooth execution
- Own the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns tied to events (email, social, advertising, website, landing pages), including targeting, build, QA, deployment, testing, reporting, and optimization
- Develop and evaluate new digital channels to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials and digital assets for SDR, sales, and distribution partners
- Manage internal file sharing and content management systems used across marketing and cross-functional teams
- Build and improve internal processes to help teams operate more efficiently
- Analyze program performance and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience delivering in-person and digital events, field marketing, and lead generation programs
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing initiatives with ownership of strategy and measurement
- Experience presenting performance metrics to senior stakeholders
- Expert-level command of at least one major digital marketing channel (e.g., search, social, display, or events)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing data and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within the U.S
- Healthcare experience (MRI, PET, CT, radiology, or related imaging fields) strongly preferred
