INFO ORIGIN INC is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, and business process analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into formal documentation (BRD, FDD, TDD, user stories, use cases, RTM, test cases)
- Create workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and stakeholders
- Support QA by creating and managing test cases
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development concepts
- Experience creating enterprise-level technical documentation
- Strong requirements management and process mapping experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Visio (or similar tools)
- Experience in the Education domain
