The Program Manager will oversee operations and maintenance for the Nuvolo Clinical EAM platform, ensuring quality delivery, cost management, and alignment with federal governance processes while guiding cross-functional teams and driving program management best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall program and contract performance, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
- Support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with program governance, milestone preparation, and executive-level reviews
- Oversee development of program documentation, deliverables, and communication and change management materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic program objectives
- Provide guidance on best practices for cloud-based financial and acquisition system implementations
- Monitor program metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project execution aligns with PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid PM methodologies
- Lead status reporting, briefings, and communication efforts that highlight new financial management capabilities and progress
Requirements:
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare and program and project management
- Demonstrated experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM platform (Any module)
- Experience planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System
- Proven experience managing a large federal program or enterprise-level transformation effort
- Strong command of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and federal lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, leadership, and executive briefing skills
- Certified at ITIL Intermediate Level or ITIL Practitioner Level and Scrum Master certified
- Background in federal financial management, acquisition processes, or technology modernization
- Experience with organizational change management and end-user adoption strategies
- Experience with the Veterans Health Administration and an understanding of VISN, VAMC, and HTM/Biomedical Engineering department operations
