Senior AI Engineer

Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to architect, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents. The role involves transforming complex enterprise workflows into autonomous multi-agent systems using advanced tools and engineering techniques.

Responsibilities:

• To architect, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents that leverage the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol
• This role focuses on transforming complex enterprise workflows into autonomous multi-agent systems using both high-level low-code tools in Gemini Enterprise and deep SDK-based engineering in Vertex AI

Requirements:

• Expertise in building agents that can reason, plan, and use tools using Google ADK (Agent Development Kit)
• Implementation of standardized communication between distributed agents using A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), including Agent Discovery via Agent Cards and task negotiation
• Connecting agents to enterprise tools, databases (AlloyDB, BigQuery), and external APIs through a 'universal adapter' interface using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Utilizing the no-code/low-code workbench to visually map agent flows and sub-agent hierarchies using Gemini Agent Designer
• Rapidly prototyping and grounding agents in enterprise data (RAG) using Vertex AI Agent Builder
• Deploying agents as scalable microservices via Cloud Run or GKE Autopilot
• SQL (BigQuery/Cloud SQL) and Vector Databases for grounding (AlloyDB AI, Vertex AI Search)
• Proficiency in Python (Primary) and JSON-RPC for A2A messaging
