SSi People is focused on enhancing workforce productivity, and they are seeking a Project Manager to support these initiatives. The role involves leading execution of projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of Workforce Productivity projects from planning through delivery
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across workstreams
- Own operational tasks including launch/change checklists, communications, and process execution
- Support key initiatives such as CSAT improvements, QSRs, and Portfolio Reviews
- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials
- Drive process improvements and standardization across workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional partners across Operations, CX/CS, Enablement, Support, and Sales
- Track and summarize metrics and provide status updates to leadership
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in project/program management, operations, or enablement
- Strong execution and operational delivery experience
- Skilled in documentation, process design, and internal communications
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Comfortable working with dashboards, metrics, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
