Senior Business App Systems Analyst, Fully Remote

Norton Healthcare is a healthcare organization, and they are seeking a Senior Business App Systems Analyst to define system scope and objectives based on user needs. The role involves analyzing existing systems, providing guidance to less experienced analysts, and serving as a liaison for various stakeholders in the implementation and maintenance of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, the Senior Business App Systems Analyst defines system scope and objectives based on user needs
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and system limitations, operating time and form of desired results
• Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities
• Studies information systems needs, investigates solutions and presents recommendations to management
• Responsible for being team lead as assigned by management
• Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts
• Responsible for quality assurance review
• This employee serves as a liaison for computer vendors, physicians, and other facilities as well as a resource for all users in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing education assigned systems

Requirements:

• Five years experience designing, building and supporting system applications
• Bachelor Degree
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library
