As a Salesforce Developer Senior or Lead on the Digital Customer Communication team, you will build and maintain scalable solutions within the Financial Services Cloud organization, collaborating with various technologies and teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Apply Salesforce capabilities and industry guidelines to build and maintain scalable and efficient solutions within our Financial Services Cloud organization
- Optimize and demonstrate Salesforce technology to drive long-term success
- Work with various connected technologies, including Kafka, MuleSoft, APIs, Own, and Snowflake, as they relate to the Salesforce implementation
- Develop scalable and secure solutions while maintaining a high standard of quality as we continue to expand and onboard additional user groups
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business systems analysts, and other developers to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader business goals
- Participation in the on-call support rotation required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
- The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
- Deep expertise with Salesforce products and platform capabilities, including Platform Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Flows, LWCs, Apex, Sharing Settings, Omni-Channel
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Advocacy for Salesforce standard methodologies, ensuring scalability and long-term technical health of the overall Salesforce architecture
- Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
