JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Jr. Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the Time Away program implementation and vendor management initiatives. The role involves overseeing disability and leave administration implementations while collaborating with HR and vendors to enhance the employee leave experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee disability and leave administration implementations
- Partner with leadership on direction, risks, and escalations
- Support strategic improvements to enhance employee leave experience
- Manage updates to leave policies, programs, and processes
- Ensure compliance with union requirements (in partnership with Legal & Employee Relations)
- Collaborate with HR Operations and vendors on integrations, data issues, and escalations
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing Time Away (LOA, Disability, PTO) programs and vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with a leave carrier or Time Away consulting
