Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of various Workforce Productivity projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with team goals
- Manage multiple workstreams by creating and overseeing project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Develop and maintain documentation, including launch checklists, runbooks, and training materials to streamline processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and deliverables
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business operations
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting clear internal communications
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus
