Responsibilities:
- Lead cross‑functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects to meet business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies across the full project lifecycle
- Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, taking corrective action when needed
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders through regular updates and structured forums
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation
Requirements:
- 4 – 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in leading IT initiatives with a demonstrated ability to execute on time and on budget
- Ability to effectively plan and organize an initiative
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure that the deliverables are completed within the set timeframe
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and highly motivated
- Possess high level of personal initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
