AirGarage is a company focused on bringing real estate online, specifically in the parking sector. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify leads, engage potential customers, and support the sales team in driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research targeted accounts and identify qualified opportunities via outbound prospecting
- Generate pipeline for our Account Executives through cold calling and emailing using account-based strategies such as multi-threading and tailored messaging to personas
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and work on reengaging past opportunities
- Use tools such as Reonomy, Crexi, and Zoominfo to research and find out who parking asset owners are in your territory
- Work closely with our enrichment team to identify ownership and key decision-makers and to help maintain Salesforce hygiene
- Partner with sales operations and product to provide ongoing “from the frontlines” feedback
- Provide insights and solutions to improve and optimize our process and training
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- You have a track record of success in a previous SDR/BDR role or similar industry
- You embrace and seek feedback, minimizing the time from feedback to execution
- You are relentless in your research and will exhaust all avenues to connect with decision makers
- You like to collaborate with your team and want to contribute to a positive team environment with colleagues
- You have a tenacious and gritty attitude in the face of adversity and rejection
