SimplePractice is a company focused on improving access to quality care for health and wellness clinicians. They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign development and execution, particularly through email, while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage evergreen nurtures to drive adoption, engagement and value from the moment prospect enters marketable universe to beyond post-sale
- Design personalized onboarding experiences that support various personas and segments across various channels
- Develop foundational understanding of the customer journey and use data-driven insights to propose new optimizations, personalization, and A/B test to execute
- Identify key touchpoints and create targeted campaigns to enhance user experience, immediate value realization and frictionless ongoing adoption
- Partner with creative team to create compelling content for emails, in-app messages, push notifications and SMS
- Regularly analyze results, identify insights, and provide performance updates to assess impact and inform recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional partners across Analytics, Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, crm marketing, or a related role, with a focus on managing complex email nurtures across various lifecycle stages
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision making
- Self starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in tools such as Iterable (or any other major ESPs), Appcues, Mixpanel, Tableau, Rockerbox, Extole, and Asana
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Experience in SMS, push, and in-product notifications is a plus
