Software Engineer

Hyra is working on behalf of Comcast to hire for the position of Software Engineer III, focusing on designing and developing a multi-tenant platform for business process and operations management. The role involves leading end-to-end development and collaborating with product stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver scalable solutions for business customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own development for the internal multi-tenant business operations platform using Angular and Java/Spring Boot
• Participate in architecture discussions to translate requirements into scalable designs leveraging BPM concepts
• Coordinate with offshore engineering teams to clarify requirements, perform code reviews, and ensure delivery quality
• Integrate internal and external systems via web services, microservices, ETLs, and data pipelines
• Serve as the primary development contact for production support triage and technical documentation

Requirements:

• Professional experience with Angular for UI development and Java/Spring Boot for microservices
• Proficiency in BPM tooling such as Flowable, Oracle BPM, or equivalent platforms
• Experience managing the development lifecycle including unit testing, integration testing, and technical documentation
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional architecture and QA teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future
