Phantom is the modern money app used by tens of millions around the world, combining everything needed to manage, spend, and grow money in one simple experience. As a Senior Product Marketer, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns, define positioning and messaging, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, including target audience identification, creative brief development, brainstorm facilitation, creative direction, copywriting, and performance reporting
- Translate features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that clearly articulates the product's value proposition and differentiates it from competitors
- Work with growth and design teams to develop marketing assets including videos, static assets, social posts, blog posts, to educate and engage users
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize opportunities, projects, and processes, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a full-time Product or Content Marketer
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful marketing campaigns for products or services used by millions of users
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics
- Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and content
- Passion and demonstrable knowledge in web3 and crypto. Ideally use dApps (ex. DeFi, NFT marketplaces) on a semi-regular basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven, comfortable interpreting data to generate insights and inform creative decisions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience in crypto
