MS Engineer

GDT is a global IT services company that values innovation and excellence, offering a people-first culture. The MS Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• The MS Engineer works to develop and share technical solutions with customers and team members
• Routinely interfaces with customer's technical and business team member's
• Guides customers in their decision making related to less complex situations with problem resolution or escalation to Level 2 Engineers
• Independently uses the appropriate documentation to produce clear, concise, high quality documentation outlining issue, risks, solutions, escalations and close of request

Requirements:

• Intermediate understanding in network design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional ability to listen and interpret
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to take direction
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide engineering support with required technologies
• Efficient task and incident management
• Serve as the Services and Technical SME for GDT Managed Services Clients
• Must have Knowledge in these Firewalls - Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Cisco firepower and Fortinet
