About this role
Vexra Engineering is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer Intern to assist in process and data analytics to develop efficient reporting for supplier quality activities. The role involves collaborating with Supplier Quality Engineers to drive improvements with suppliers and manage non-conformities while monitoring key quality metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Work with relevant SQE to work on process and data analytics to develop efficient reporting and process to execute supplier quality activities
- Assist assigned SQE to drive improvement with applicable suppliers
- Assist the Supplier Quality & Purchasing in the management of supplier non-conformities and drive resolution
- Monitor and publish key supplier quality metrics to improve visibility
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Master's program for Industrial Engineering/Construction Management/Supply Chain or relevant majors with an expected graduation date between December 2026-May 2027
- Project management skills
- Practical experience in data analytic software (Power BI, Spotfire, etc.)
- Qualified candidates must be US persons
- Previous direct/indirect exposures with manufacturing environment
- Some exposure to Quality Management and tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle or SAP)
