Mosaic Clinical Technologies is pioneering a new imaging paradigm through their AI-native platform, MosaicOS™, aimed at enhancing decision-driven care in radiology. The Product Manager will define and drive the product vision for AI-powered workflow tools, collaborating with various teams to prioritize features that deliver clinical and operational value.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered workflow tools, prioritizing features that deliver measurable clinical and operational value
- Deeply understand customer needs (clinicians, administrators, patients) through interviews, shadowing, usage data, and feedback loops; act as the voice of the customer internally
- Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare + AI problems into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
- Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and problem validation to MVP launch, iteration, scaling, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced agile environment
- Work at a high tempo — run quick experiments, ship incrementally, measure impact, and pivot decisively based on data and user input
- Partner with stakeholders to balance clinical safety, regulatory considerations (HIPAA, FDA where applicable), technical feasibility, and business goals
- Track key metrics (adoption, engagement, clinical outcomes, efficiency gains) and use them to inform roadmap decisions and demonstrate product impact
- Up to 25% travel as needed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally building B2B SaaS, workflow, or AI-driven products
- Proven track record in high-growth or startup environments using Agile/Lean methodologies to ship products rapidly; possesses the technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data pipelines, and model deployment
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML workflow applications (e.g., NLP, predictive insights, or clinical decision support) with a deep understanding of how automated intelligence augments human healthcare workflows
- Combines customer centricity and user research to solve complex clinician pain points, using excellent storytelling to align stakeholders and a bias for action to drive results in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare-related) preferred; advanced degree or clinical background a plus
- Strong domain experience in healthcare — prior roles in healthtech, digital health, medtech, clinical software, EHR/EMR integrations, or provider-facing tools preferred
