ANDRITZ is a company that specializes in engineered material-handling systems. The Industrial OEM Project Manager will lead the execution of engineered equipment orders, ensuring technical accuracy, contractual compliance, and on-time delivery while coordinating across various internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution from kickoff through final turnover
- Maintain schedule, cost, and scope baselines; manage changes
- Provide accurate internal and external progress reporting
- Validate POs, quotations, and deliverables; oversee contract terms
- Coordinate engineering outputs for manufacturability and compliance
- Manage quality documentation including ITPs, weld maps, NDE, and pressure tests
- Oversee vendor RFQs, subcontractor performance, expediting, and logistics
- Identify risks early; implement mitigation strategies
- Track margin drivers and project performance
- Ensure structured, consistent communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Mgmt OR 5+ years industrial/OEM project management experience
- Proven technical and commercial project leadership
- Experience coordinating with fabrication/manufacturing teams
- Knowledge of ASME/AWS requirements and QA documentation
- Experience managing ITPs, weld maps, NDE, and pressure testing
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Oracle
- Strong communication and documentation discipline
- Ability to manage customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder expectations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Experience with ASH or related material‑handling systems
- Experience supporting retrofit or upgrade project scopes
