Synergis is a workforce solutions partner serving thousands of businesses and job seekers nationwide. They are seeking a senior-level Product Designer to support a UX organization undergoing a rapid, AI-first transformation, focusing on industrial-scale design execution within existing design systems.
Responsibilities:
- Execute product and experience design within an AI-embedded UX workflow, using prescribed prompts, workflows, and tooling to accelerate delivery
- Design once at a category or system level, then cascade designs across multiple brands using layered design models
- Work deeply inside existing design systems, component libraries, and emerging design tokens — extending systems rather than reinventing them
- Deliver high-volume, template-driven design output with speed, accuracy, and visual consistency
- Partner with UX leadership to validate effectiveness post-deployment and iterate rapidly
- Support accessibility compliance using AI-assisted validation tools and system-level patterns
- Operate effectively during organizational change, shifting priorities, and AI-driven re-alignment
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer in enterprise or platform-scale environments
- Deep, hands-on experience with design systems, component libraries, and large-scale UI ecosystems
- Proven ability to work fast, confidently, and independently without heavy direction
- Strong visual craftsmanship within constraints (not blue-sky or conceptual design)
- Experience designing for template-driven or multi-brand environments
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools as part of daily design execution (prompting, iteration, validation, efficiency gains)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, variants, tokens, collaboration workflows)
- Experience working in AI-first or AI-mandated design organizations
- Comfort operating during reorgs, budget pressure, and delivery model shifts
- Ability to scale designs across dozens or hundreds of implementations
- Clear understanding of accessibility at a system level, not just page-by-page compliance
- A pragmatic, execution-focused mindset — you make systems work rather than fight them
