Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet and is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Growth and Adoption. In this role, you will define the user experience and leverage AI tools to optimize the dashboard for user retention and seamless deployment workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in defining the 'Aha' moment for every user
- Focus on the end-to-end user experience (UX) and optimize for high-velocity learning
- Use AI agents to prototype and ship experiments faster than traditional development cycles
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term dashboard improvements with projects that contribute to the long-term strategic vision
- Collaborate with engineering, product design, and context experience design to draft and review product requirement documents, design specs, and engineering specs
Requirements:
- AI-first + world-class execution: You start every task with AI tools. You are comfortable feeding error logs into agents, building your own internal tools, and acting as a 'serious reviewer' for AI-generated code and content
- A/B experimentation & high-velocity learnings: You thrive on A/B testing and rapid prototyping. You use data-informed decisions to iterate on onboarding flows, constantly measuring impact on customer retention and adoption metrics
- UX mastery: You prioritize how it works over how it looks. You are committed to ending 'shipping the org chart' and instead building workflows centered on user intent
- Technical taste & discretion: You understand that while AI can build quickly, you ensure every feature shipped is elegant and actually solves a customer problem. Have world-class UX sense and a high bar for craft. Define and communicate the vision and strategic direction for the Cloudflare customer experience
- Roadmap prioritization: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term dashboard improvements with projects that contribute to the long-term strategic vision
- Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with engineering, product design, and context experience design to draft and review product requirement documents, design specs, and engineering specs. Also, partner with marketing, sales, customer support, business intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, user adoption, and experiment analysis
- Coding Proficiency: You are comfortable using coding agents (like OpenCode) to build functional prototypes or fix bugs yourself, rather than just documenting them in tickets
- Data Fluency: You can build your own dashboards and run your own SQL; you don't wait for an analyst to tell you if an experiment was successful
- Codex Contributor: Experience or interest in contributing to an Engineering Codex that defines the best practices used to train our internal coding agents
- UX chops: Understanding the modern UX stack with enough fidelity to hold your own with engineers will be highly beneficial. An engineering background would be helpful. An alternate source of credibility on this front might come from having developed a web property yourself
- Data-fluency: There is no team of analysts at Cloudflare. Can you work directly with data yourself to build confidence in your views and can you use that same data to persuade others?
- At Cloudflare it's pretty helpful to understand how the Internet really works at layers 2 through 7. If you don't have this, be prepared to speak with mastery about another realm of similar complexity
