Confidential company is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare organizations. This role focuses on consultative sales and client relationship development to expand healthcare staffing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to generate new business
- Prospect and build relationships with hospital and health system leaders
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand workforce needs
- Present staffing and workforce solutions aligned with client goals
- Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution
- Partner with recruiting/operations teams to ensure service delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive account growth
- Track pipeline activity and meet weekly/monthly KPIs
- Stay current on healthcare staffing and workforce trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or acute care settings
- Healthcare staffing or workforce solutions sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with nursing, allied, locums, MSP, or workforce solutions
- Contract negotiation experience
- CRM proficiency
