The Lead Software Engineer role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications while managing priorities and delivering projects on time, collaborating closely with product and design, and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, improve, and maintain software
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Work with product managers and designers to implement functional requirements
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to fellow engineers
Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years post-education work experience
- Strong track record for delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, collaborative personality, and desire to learn
- Experience developing web-based applications (front-end and back-end)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows
- Experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL, or AWS
