CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. They are seeking a Product Manager to help grow and evolve the CR Essentials product, focusing on strategy and hands-on execution while navigating complex workflows and delivering user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Leadership to help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy
- Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery
- Help balance the complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user-friendly experience for our users
- Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams
- Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software
- Strong understanding of practice management and care delivery workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, clinical care, billing, and reporting
- Experience supporting or designing for therapists or healthcare professionals
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution
- Direct experience in the ABA domain
