The Salesforce Product Manager will guide the vision and strategy of Salesforce product design and implementation, collaborating with diverse teams to meet business needs and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify and understand business needs
- Partner with designers and research teams to conduct user research and usability studies
- Build a Salesforce product roadmap, focused on the product features and capabilities that will be implemented, that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and broader portfolio planning
- Manage the roadmap and backlog for Salesforce design and implementation activities, ensuring new features and capabilities are delivered per acceptance criteria
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing within the confines of the Salesforce platform
- Coordinate across technology teams to ensure dependencies are properly identified and managed
- Provide visibility and updates to stakeholders about initiative progress, dependencies, and risks
- Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward achieving business objectives
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Monitor and evaluate Salesforce usage and gather feedback to facilitate continuous iteration and improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related fields
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Experience working in an agile delivery model
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and influence a broad team of resources
- Experience dealing with conflict and ability to drive change management
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and prioritize
