Cisco is revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations. They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the design, evolution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions that support Sales and Go-To-Market strategies, partnering closely with various teams to ensure effective revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions supporting Sales, Partner, and GTM initiatives
- Translate GTM strategies and business requirements into technical solution designs and prioritized Salesforce features
- Act as the primary product owner for Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and related integrations
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Renewals, Marketing, RevOps, and IT to gather requirements and align priorities
- Define and maintain functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Salesforce-focused roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform design (Sales Cloud required; Partner Community / Experience Cloud a plus)
- Proven ability to translate business and GTM strategy into technical solutions
- Solid understanding of sales processes, partner management, and revenue operations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Familiarity with GTM motions such as direct sales, channel sales, and co-selling
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (CPQ, Marketing Automation, Data platforms, APIs)
- Background in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders
