They are seeking a Project Manager Intern to support the Project Manager in the organization and execution of various projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and documentation is maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Support PM in maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
- Organizing, attending, and participating in project meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Determining project changes
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Support in developing project strategies
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Requirements:

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Food And Beverage Experience Preferred
- Understanding of various project management/process mapping methodologies
