Pro Talent Crafter is seeking a Practice Lead/Project Manager with extensive experience in state health and human service departments. The role involves overseeing child welfare product solution design, managing statewide staff, and leading initiatives related to childcare subsidy systems and public welfare programs.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working with State Health and Human Service Departments, Childcare Subsidy Systems, Child Care, and Child Welfare systems
- Experience working with childcare subsidy programs, Integrated Eligibility, TANF, SNAP, and other Benefits programs
- Managed state-wide staff within permanency programs
- Experience working in Child welfare and public child welfare information systems
- Oversees child welfare product solution design and innovation
- Experience with a state agency in the Health and Human Services Department
- Managed statewide staff within permanency programs
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working with State Health and Human Service Departments, Childcare Subsidy Systems, Child Care, and Child Welfare systems
- Experience working with childcare subsidy programs, Integrated Eligibility, TANF, SNAP, and other Benefits programs
- 10 + years of proven experience leading a large organization through transformation and change at a similar leadership level in federal, state, or local government, or a large nonprofit organization or corporation that provides health and human services or social services
- Experience working in the Health and Human Services domain
- Experience with Early childhood programs (childcare and Head Start)
- Managed state-wide staff within permanency programs
- Experience working in Child welfare and public child welfare information systems

- Experience with a state agency in the Health and Human Services Department
