Advanced Sterilization Products is a leading global provider of innovative sterilization and disinfection solutions. As a Business Support Analyst, you will streamline processes, support commercial teams, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders using the iBuy system
- Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain accurate supplier records
- Manage procurement of mobile devices and Claro lines, including approvals and documentation
- Oversee approvals and signatures for commercial documents from clients, distributors, and suppliers
- Ensure signed contracts are stored in CM Spring and liaise with the Legal team
- Coordinate delivery and collection of contracts and related documents
- Monitor compliance for comodato contracts and create dashboards to track fixed assets
- Collect and organize documentation for billing processes
- Act as a Salesforce (SFDC) support resource, creating reports and dashboards for leadership
- Centralize internal communications and assist with performance monitoring
- Provide logistical support for internal and commercial events
- Coordinate local and international shipments
- Manage office-related requests and periodic supply needs (e.g., EPPs)
- Support onboarding for new employees and other relevant activities
Requirements:
- Experience in business support, customer success, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., iBuy) and Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of contract management processes
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for communication with global teams
