Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Electronics Engineer (Except Computer) – AI Trainer to design and develop electronic hardware and software solutions. The role involves troubleshooting complex engineering problems and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, model, and simulate electronic circuits and systems using tools such as Ansoft Simplorer, Cadence PSpice, and Synopsys Saber
- Develop and document electronic hardware and software solutions for industrial, medical, scientific, and related applications
- Evaluate and troubleshoot complex electronics engineering problems to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance
- Create schematics, simulations, and 3D models using MATLAB, AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and propose solutions
- Support manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification of electronic systems where applicable
- Contribute domain expertise, technical documentation, and datasets to train and improve AI systems
Requirements:
- Proficiency with electronics design and simulation tools including Ansoft Simplorer, Cadence PSpice, Synopsys Saber, MATLAB, AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks
- Experience with digital design and instrumentation tools such as Xilinx ISE, SystemVerilog, and LabVIEW
- Programming experience with FORTRAN, C++, Java, Python, Visual Basic .NET, and React
- Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Capability to evaluate technical work for effectiveness, compatibility, and engineering standards
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, multidisciplinary environment
