Conveyor is a company creating the first AI-powered customer trust platform. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead product discovery and design a new product experience that caters to multiple user types with competing needs, while embracing a dynamic and iterative design process.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be designing for multiple interconnected user types with competing priorities
- Reporting to our Director of Design and working closely with partners in PM and engineering, you’ll be leading product discovery, making ideas tangible (and testable!) via prototyping, and rapidly iterating as you learn what’s foundational to the new product concepts we're still discovering
- You've shipped products from scratch before end-to-end, likely as the first or only designer, and can trace what launched and its impact back to foundational decisions you made
- You're addicted to learning, and you iterate at lightning speed because you know exactly when you have just enough information to make a call and move forward
- You’re energized by customer conversations and can change direction instantly when you learn something new
- You’re a MacGyver-esque scrappy and creative problem solver who takes inspiration from different industries, products, and first principles
- You have multi-stakeholder or platform product experience, and can deftly navigate designing for complex ecosystems where different user types have competing needs
- You have strong visual design fundamentals – hierarchy, spacing, typography – that help you create experiences that are clean and intuitive, keeping complexity from becoming clutter
