They are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead vertical go-to-market initiatives, focusing on the political and public affairs segments, and to define and execute strategies that drive adoption, retention, and awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Own the go-to-market strategy for priority industry verticals, with a primary focus on political and public affairs, and expand to additional verticals as the role grows
- Build and execute tailored GTM strategies for political agencies, media firms, campaigns, committees, PACs, issue advocacy groups, and lobbying or public affairs organizations that activate media programmatically
- Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for StackAdapt's solutions within the political vertical and other key industries, speaking to the needs of agencies, platforms, and end advertisers
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for the political and vertical solutions landscape in programmatic, identifying opportunities, risks, and whitespace to refine StackAdapt's offering and narrative
- Plan and execute launches and enhancements that are specific to vertical needs, from campaign tools and workflows to measurement, compliance, and data partners
- Work closely with product, sales, trading, partnerships, content, and demand generation to ensure tight alignment on vertical strategy and priorities, including strong partnership with political-focused sales teams
- Define and track KPIs for vertical initiatives, including adoption, win rates, revenue contribution, and pipeline health, and report back insights with clear recommendations
Requirements:
- 5+ Years in B2B Product Marketing Experience in B2B product marketing, segment marketing, or vertical marketing, ideally in adtech, martech, SaaS, or data driven products, with exposure to programmatic advertising and politics
- Political Vertical Experience in Programmatic
- Hands-on experience within the political and public affairs advertising ecosystem
- Background at a political agency, political media firm, consultancy, ad platform, or in-house role serving political campaigns, PACs, committees, issue advocacy groups, or lobbying/public affairs organizations
- Strong understanding of political campaign cycles, rapid timelines, compliance sensitivities, fundraising and persuasion goals, and stakeholder dynamics across candidates, committees, and advocacy organizations
- Programmatic and Digital Advertising Knowledge Solid understanding of programmatic buying, audience targeting, measurement, and how political advertisers use digital channels across the funnel
- Entrepreneurial Mindset Comfort operating in a new and evolving function, with a bias to action, testing, and iterating to unlock growth in strategic verticals
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking Ability to synthesize market trends, customer input, and performance data into clear recommendations that influence product and commercial decisions
- Collaboration Skills Proven success partnering with sales, product, and leadership to build alignment and deliver measurable business impact
- Experience supporting specialized teams such as political or public sector is a plus
- Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident building narratives for both internal stakeholders and external clients across political and non-political accounts
