As a Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for the efficacy and impact of product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline compliance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand our customers and our market
- Own the vision and strategy for Scoping & Segmentation and play a key role in defining the broader Vanta GRC strategy
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance product differentiation and deliver measurable value to customers
- Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals for your team, collaborate with partner teams, and drive high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
- Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers in the SaaS/B2B space
- Experience and drive to ship AI-powered products, including rapid experimentation, rigorous evaluation, and LLM prompt tuning to ensure high product quality
- Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reach out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex problem areas through data-driven decision making
- Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
- Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
- Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas, requirements, and product vision to team members, stakeholders, and executives
